Welcome to TLC's! Thank you for taking the time
to visit! My primary goal as a breeder/exhibitor is to
breed sound, healthy, well-adjusted Chihuahuas with
excellent temperaments that conform to the AKC
breed standards. Our puppies are raised in our home
and thanks to my children and our Golden Retriever,
Jade, our puppies get lots of "TLC" ! We DO NOT
sell to brokers, pet stores, or puppy mills.
